Attendees:
Buzz Swett, Larry Tschopp, Mark Schleeter, Claude Benner, Allen Byrne

Larry called the meeting to order at 1:18 pm

1. No new nominations, and the present officers were relelected. Mark motioned, Buzz seconded.

2. Paymaster report: 109.25 in bank account. Buzz stated that the regional board intends to increase the amount of membership dues to the divsions.

3. Buzz and Larry reported on the regional board meeting.

4. Discussion about our participation at the Licoln Square train show in the spring. Buzz proposed we host a youth scenery project; paint some rocks, tree making, etc. Larry proposed contacting regional and national youth coordinators for info/help on youth projects.

5. Buzz offered to host August/September. September preferred.

6. Buzz reported that National president Charlie Getz intends to recognize Division volunteers; Buzz nominates Allen, Larry seconded, Approved.

7. There was discussion of cohosting the 2019 regional with the Illinios Valley Division, consensus was that we should pursue discussions with IV Division.

8. Proposal to get more people involved in the division by visiting them and offering to help them with their layouts with our combined skills. This was acknowledge as worthwhile to pursue.

9. Discussion of participating in the Decatur shows (April and Sept) with clinics

Buzz moved to close the meeting at 2:05 pm, Claude seconded.
