      • Mike attended regional, they are moving to zoom and 1st Sat in April Nov. Trainfest becoming
        an event by Kalmbach/Walters in coop with NMRA. Re-evalulate conventions - NMRAX model.
        Outreach possibities with membership and medicare adv/supp. New member from show.

• Show report: paid off backlog. Break even.
      Rethink giving out funds to attendees.
      Thank Mark for getting volunteers.
      Mall management is happy.
      Freemo event is taking hold.
      Thank to all volunteers.
      Mark felt like a good show.
      More mix of vendors.
      Freemo success fills hole from market.

     • 2024 Bob award to Zach for work on module from 2023 show.
     • Giveaway layout next year to be a freemo. Buy module kit, knockdown pre-cut plus box. $200.
       End pieces are critical. Ernie suggests the kits are superior quality. Mike will investigate and recommend a vendor.
       Mike has tools.
       Allen motioned that ITD seed money for kit for next year. Mark seconded, motion carried.
     • Summer outing, July 13. Suggestion is Rossville trip, Mike will investigate.
     • Tolono library in Sept, Mike will contact area libraries.
     • Bruce - we need shirts! Terminal green as close as possible, Mike and Thomas will work on creating a order. Polo shirt with pocket.
     • Claude suggestion to visit other places, St Louis, Union, Monticello
